Isaiah Jernberg, DDS is the Dental Medical Director at Wabash Valley Health Center. Dr. Jernberg has practiced as a Dentist since 2014. He completed his training at Indiana University School of Dentistry.
Dr. Jernberg joined Wabash Valley Health Center in 2015. He previously practiced at the Edgar County Public Health Department where he provided general dental care. Dr. Jernberg enjoys caring for patients and improving their lives in any way that he can.
Dr. Jernberg is a member of the Indiana Dental Association. He also works with Indiana University School of Dentistry to teach dental students.
He enjoys reading and spending time with his wife, 2 daughters and granddaughter. He looks forward to caring for you and your family.
Renee DuChane, DDS is a Dentist at Wabash Valley Health Center. Dr. DuChane has practiced as a Dentist since 1995. She completed her training at Indiana University School of Dentistry.
Dr. DuChane joined Wabash Valley Health Center in 2021. She previously practiced at the Edgar County Dental Clinic in Paris, Illinois, as well as, Sullivan, Indiana where she provided general dental care. She also owned and operated a private dental practice in Terre Haute for 18 years.
Dr. DuChane is a member of the American Academy for Oral Systemic Health (AAOSH). She recently began working with Indiana University School of Dentistry to teach dental students.
Dr. DuChane enjoys traveling just about anywhere, boating, and spending time at home with her family and dogs. She looks forward to caring for you and your family.
